Tammy Allen, now 67, is an artist, author, and systems theorist who survived four years of captivity by the Masked Rapist of Eugene, Oregon, and transformed that experience to become a powerful voice for personal transformation and human potential. After her escape, she faced the daunting reality that her son had inherited behavioral challenges from his father, forcing her to evolve in ways she never imagined.

Determined to break generational cycles, she spent decades studying psychology, physics, metaphysics, and consciousness, systematically applying these insights to develop the methods she now teaches.

Her book Doubtless Confidence takes readers from trauma recovery through stress optimization, intuitive development, and her groundbreaking Information Manifestation System—a systematic method to take you from where you are to where you want to go.

With All Systems TOE, Allen introduces a unified theory of physics that traces how coherence and cooperation drive the unfolding of evolution, bridging quantum processes with the larger physical world. Overcoming Scoliosis

Despite being told by a scoliosis program that my spine wouldn’t respond due to my age, I refused to accept a life of pain and limitation. Instead, my diagnosis became fuel for my determination to find a solution. Using The Process outlined in my book—goal setting, intuition, experimentation, and persistence—I developed my own traction system at home. Through trial, error, and unwavering commitment, I reclaimed my mobility, eliminated my pain, and restored my strength. What once seemed insurmountable became proof of what’s possible—thanks to the body’s resilience and my determination to reclaim my life.

Artist Statement

I have an ongoing love affair with creating art as a practice for merging my skills, intent, and intuition. It is a perfect medium for learning to fluently interpret and act on inspired information from my inner perspective to my conscious mind. I regard it as an integration of my whole self-awareness, which in turn flows into all aspects of my day-to-day experience. Each work is a physical representation of my holistic approach to the creation of my art.

Tammy Allen was a professional musician touring around the country for 10 years before becoming a stable in Atlanta’s jazz scene in 2003. She was known for her soulful vocals, dynamic stage presence, and passion for music. After years of touring and working with top musicians, she founded Big House Studios, where she recorded four albums and mentored aspiring artists.

Tammy is also the visionary behind The Future of Jazz Competition, creating new opportunities for emerging talent at The Atlanta Jazz Festival from 2004 – 2008. Whether performing at top venues, teaching voice, or producing events, she inspired and uplifted the jazz community.
